Seeks to advocate and encourage governments around the world to implement policies that favor increased philanthropy towards Africa by 2015, which will stimulate Private Individuals, Organizations, Corporations to reawaken the world for the need for a massive infastructural development pragram focused on the core human development needs primarily targeting children/youth and rural areas in Africa...
